RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Reservations are made by Internet or
phone. On our website you can pick out the apartment of your
choice and make your reservation. If your stay exceeds two
days, you must pay 30% of the total cost at the moment of
reservation. Chic Rentals is not responsible for any problem
beyond its control that might arise during the reservation
process.
Once Chic Rentals has received payment for your reservation,
we will proceed to send you a fax or email confirming said
reservation. There in you will be informed on the complete
data regarding the apartment, as well as the name and contact
details of the person that will receive you on your arrival.
The rest of the payment must be done IN
CASH, up on your arrival at the apartment.
If you want to pay by credit card this
operation will have 5 € extra charge. Exceptionally,
payment can be done via bank transference, as long as the
NET amount (transference costs are at the client’s expense)
is deposited in our account one week before your arrival and
we have confirmed the reception of this amount.

Chic Rentals reserves the right to request
a pre-payment of your reservation during high season (1st
June to 1st September, Easter, Christmas and long weekends)
if it should find it necessary.
For security reasons, we are obligated
to request 250 € upon your arrival as a safe deposit
for possible damages. This amount must be paid by credit card
and will be returned in a maximum of 48 hours after your departure,
once the Chic Rentals personnel revises the apartment and
checks that no damage has been done.
CANCELLATIONS
Please be informed that, in reservations
for one day stays, there will be no reimbursement of the mandatory
total price paid by credit card at the time of reservation.
For reservations over one day, we will
return the mandatory 30% payment a long as you let us know
in writing 30 days prior.
If the customer changes the reservation dates, it will be
understood as a new reservation and cancellation conditions
will be applied.
In the event that, due to major causes,
we cannot offer you the apartment you had chosen, we reserve
the right to accommodate you in another one of similar characteristics.
In the event that the customer, once in the apartment, wishes
to cancel his / her stay for reasons other than any problems
caused by the malfunctioning of the apartment, the reservation
fee will not be reimbursed.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you arrive
after 9:00 p.m there will be an extra 30€ charge, and
if it is after midnight the extra charge will be 50€,
to be paid in cash upon your arrival at the apartment.
Our personnel will welcome you at the
apartment, explain in detail the functioning of all appliances
and answer any question you might have. You will be given
two sets of keys and sign two copies of the lease contract
(with an attached inventory). You will keep one of these copies.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is 10:00 a.m. If you wish to
leave earlier or stay longer, we kindly ask you to let us
know as soon as possible so that we can satisfy your demand.
If you wish to stay at the apartment
for over 4 additional hours, you will have to pay 50% of the
daily rental fee.
On your check-out day, the Chic Rentals
personel will arrive at the apartment at the appointed time
to pick up the keys, revise the state of the apartment and
return the deposit. If you have any suggestions or claims,
we kindly ask you to let us know so that we can improve our
service.
CLEANING
You will find the apartment in perfect
cleaning conditions, and we hope you will leave it in a reasonable
state. Cleaning service has an extra 40€ cost which you
must pay on arrival. If you plan to stay on for a long period
of time and wish to hire extra cleaning or newspaper service,
all you have to do is let us know and we will send our personnel.
The cost of this service is 40€ and you must always cover
this expense, paying it in cash to the cleaning personnel
on their arrival at the apartment.
ETIQUETTE
The customer that signs the contract is
responsible for the correct behaviour of all those who accompany
him/her. If this person or any of their companions do not
behave in an adequate and responsably way, Chic Rentas is
authorized to invite the client and their companions to inmediately
leave the apartment without the right to any economic compensation.
Please, be aware that any type of party
is strictly forbidden. Those customers who stay in an apartment
of our company must know that, in case of any complaints from
neighbours regarding loud music or parties in the property,
or in the case that it was necessary to call the police, Chic
Rentals will inmediately evict everyone in the apartment at
any time of day or night. In this case, there will be nor
return of the safe deposit or rent.
It is strictly forbidden for customers making a reservation
to accommodate a greater number of people than that for which
the reservation was originally made, without previous consent
from Chic Rentals. Non compliance can result in inmediate
removal. In this case, the customer will lose his or her right
to the reimbursement of the deposit or rent.
It is strictly forbidden for customers to sublet the apartment.
In this case, Chic Rentals will inmediately remove the tenant,
will not reimburse the rent or deposit money and will take
the necessary legal actions.
Tenants compromise to keep all furniture as well as the contents
of the apartment in the same conditions as upon arrival. Should
the tenants wish to change their disposition, they must first
enquire with Chic Rentals for approval. On the contrary, Chic
Rentals will have the right to remove the tenant(s) inmediately,
without reimbursing the deposit or rent money.
Chic rentals is not responsible for the belongings that tenants
deposit in the apartments once the rent contract has been
signed and the keys have been handed in. Chic Rentals, on
their part, compromises not to access the apartment except
for emergency situations or by express wishes from the tenants
regarding the resolution of any domestic problem that might
arise.
