The apartment, with a unique distribution in different heights, has a warm and welcoming living room decorated with modern wooden furniture. There is a television set and small coffee tables, as well as a large and comfortable sofa bed.

On the upper floor is the kitchen-dining room, a very bright room with vitroceramic, oven, refrigerator and the rest of the necessary ware.There is a table that seats six, perfect for breakfast.

The bedroom, independent from the rest, is on another level. It is impeccably decorated and has a cozy double bed as well as two night tables. Next to it, easily accessed, is the bathroom, very modern in décor and totally equipped.

the area

The Apartment’s location cannot be better. It is surrounded on all four directions by must-see spots, as well as interesting cultural and entertainment venues. On one side the “Literary District”, the birthplace of the original and most antique Madrid, with narrow streets and lively squares with terraces where you can enjoy spring days. A leisurely walk will take us to Plaza Mayor, with its arcs and cobblestones and the charm of the timeless spots that make this square a referential visit for all.

A few meters away are the intensely Madrid-flavoured district of Lavapies, the Puerta del Sol (featuring Kilometer 0 of Spain), the famous Santa Ana square, with its wonderful and sunny terraces, and the Rastro, a flea market specialized in clothes and antique furniture.

In another direction and also a few minutes away, the Reina Sofia, Thyssen and Prado Museums, next to the famous Neptune and Cibeles Squares.

If it’s the shopping you’re after, the popular Preciados and Arenal streets will offer you all kinds of shops and services.

The district oozes youth on night fall, as well as a large variety of restaurants, tapas bars and night spots.
