The distribution of the Granger Apartment makes the best of all its spaces without ever losing a bit of its good taste in decoration.

The luminous living room has a comfortable sofa and centre table resting on a coconut rug, which is very warm in winter and cool in summer. It also has an ample window pane that lets in a flow of direct light throughout the day and serves as access to a small covered terrace.

In the same room is the dining area, with a dining table for four, perfect for pleasant lunches or dinners.

The master bedroom has a double bed and large mirror. And, just as in the rest of the apartment, there is parquet floor and a warm wooden structure, making your stay as comfortable as your own home.

The second bedroom has two individual beds with night tables. There is access here to a small balcony that lets in pleasant light. The very large wardrobes will give you plenty of storage space.

The bathroom, with impeccable finishes and a Japanese touch, has all the necessary elements for your perfect toiletry.

The kitchen is furnished in white and orange tones, and is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, vitroceramic, dishwasher and all the rest of the necessary ware and appliances.

The apartment has an unbeatable location, surrounded on all four directions by important landmarks, as well as by interesting cultural and leisure offers. On one is next the Literary Quarter, the birthplace of the most classical Madrid, with narrow streets and lively squares full of terraces that invite to enjoy those beautiful days of spring. A leisurely walk will lead you to Plaza Mayor, famous for its arcs, cobblestones, and the charm of its unique spots and venues.A must-see for any visitor.

Just a few meters away are the very genuine Lavapiés District, the Puerta del Sol, home of Spain’s Km. 0, the emblematic Santa Ana Square with its wonderful sunny terraces, and the Rastro, a Sunday flea market specialized on clothing and antique furniture.

In another direction, and also just a few minutes away and next to the famous Neptuno and Cibeles squares, are the Reina Sofia, Thyssen and Prado Museum.

If it is the shopping that you are after, the touristic Preciados and Arenal streets will cater to your needs with all sorts of shops and services.
