Lodged in an old building that was once a convent, the Dietrich apartment stands out for the way it brings together sobriety and style, the result of combining this antique construction with extra tall ceilings with furniture signed by renown designers.

The entrance door gives way to a large foyer which at the same time communicates with two other rooms. On one side we come to a dining room with balconies looking to the street, a wooden table and chairs for eight. And on the other side there is the kitchen, decorated in whites. The original tiled floor has been preserved. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has all kinds of small appliances as well as vitroceramic, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine, electric coffee maker and a long etcetera.

The dining room gives way to one of the living rooms, with parquet floor, decorative fireplace, balconies looking to the street, and a comfortable sofa that seats two, stereo music set, marble coffee table and two orange retro 50’s style armchairs

Another living room, in the next room, is decorated with an otter-coloured chaise-longe sofa, wooden coffee table, a rug in the same tones, TV and DVD.

A long hallway leads to the interior part of the house (which is also very luminous), which has the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed, wooden night tables, designer adjustable reading lamps and very large closets; there is an en suite bathroom with a walk-in closet and marble tiling.

The bedroom next door also has a double bed, a small closet and wooden floors.

The third bedroom features a metallic structure which serves as a closet, a double bed, a night table with an old-fashioned reading lamp and a TV.

Just next door, there is a bathroom with marble tilings and a bath tub where you can enjoy a relaxing bath.

The Dietrich apartment has an unbeatable situation. It is on one of the streets that lead to Puerta del Sol, Kilometer “zero”, itself, which is officially considered the center of Spain, the point from which all the roads in the country take off.

A few minutes away from Plaza Mayor, the Santa Ana Square, the Thyssen-Bornemisza and Prado Museums, the Retiro Park, the Reina Sofía Museum, the Gran Vía (one of the city’s main arteries); surrounded by restaurants, shops, interesting little spots…
