The living room, large and spectacularly bright thanks to its ample window panes, perfectly combines cheerful pinks with the clean white on walls and ceiling. There are a cozy old fashioned fireplace with marble trimmings, a sofa for three and two comfortable matching puffs. From here, you will be able to enjoy a great cinema session on the state of the arts TV.
Separated by elegant burgundy curtains, you will find a desk and chill-out area that turns into a bedroom. Here there are a double bed and a modern desk table for your work, as well as a chair and lamp, both designed by Vitra. Just like the living room, it is presided by window panes that let in natural light throughout the whole day. Original Eighteenth Century engravings hang from the walls.
From the opposite end of the living room you can access the vanguard-style dining room. This space features a dining table that seats four and red chairs, all by Vitra. On a small platform in the same room is the kitchen. Large, perfect and impeccable, it is furnished in whites and modern appliances, oven, microwave and all the rest of the necessary ware.
The master bedroom, a truly Scandinavian – style suite, integrates a wonderful and large dresser with all sorts of closets and shelves. There is a comfortable double bed with its night tables, and accessory furniture from important designers such as Verner Panton. From here there is a direct access to one of the bathrooms.
The apartment has two bathrooms, both with a sophisticated steel sink and both also totally equipped with all the necessary elements for a perfect toiletry. The main bathroom has a large and comfortable bath tub where you will be able to pleasantly relax at the end of the day.
The apartment has an unbeatable location, surrounded on all four sides by must sees, as well as by interesting cultural and leisure offers. In one direction, just a few meters away from popular Gran Vía, Madrid’s Broadway and one of the city’s main arteries. In the other direction, it is very near to the emblematic Puerta del Sol Square, landmark of Spain’s Kilometer Zero and also Madrid’s neuralgic center.
A leisurely walk will lead us to Plaza Mayor, which, with its arcs and cobblestones and the charm of its unique venues, is an un-missable reference for visitors.
You will also have the chance to explore the Austrias Madrid, presided by the stately Royal Palace and Opera Theater, surrounded by the Sabatini Gardens, and just a few steps away from the Almudena Cathedral. And just further down, the lively La Latina Area, famous for its tapas bars and fashionable restaurants.
